SHIPPING
Ava Rose ships all U.S. orders USPS, First Class or Priority. Customers will be notified once their order has been shipped.
If items are in-stock, it takes 2-3 business days to fulfill and process orders and 3-4 days to ship within the United States.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Items are eligible for return or exchange up to 3-weeks of purchase date unless items are included in a “final sale” promotion in the U.S. All international orders are final sale. Ava Rose will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed and all tags must still be attached.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order has been placed online, you have 24-hours to contact us at admin@avarosedesigns.com to cancel the transaction.
BULK GIFT ORDERS
If you have a bulk gift order, please contact admin@avarosedesigns.com to process the order. Please allow us a little more time to expedite the shipping and fulfillment.
